Terms & Conditions

  1. I am entitled to refuse your commission for whatever reason if it makes me uncomfortable. I am flexible though, so don’t be afraid to ask if you have any questions regarding what I’m willing to draw.

  2. Full payment must be done upfront after the rough sketch is approved by the client. I will NOT start your commission until I receive the payment. I will be in contact with you throughout the time I’ll be working on your commission, so I’m able to receive guidance during the process.

  3. These are pieces meant for recreational use, do NOT use them for profit, NFTs, AI or advertise them as your own work.

  4. No refounding once the client and the artist have already agreed to start the commission. Only exception is late delivery(read below)

  5. By commissioning me, you agree on giving me a time window of 2 weeks to complete your order (two weeks start after the payment). If for whatever reason I can't deliver the final work on time, I'll let you know as soon as possible.

Additional Details

- Please disclose upfront any specific pose, action, expression, color palette or setting in your commission. Make sure to be clear when describing what you want, if possible provide references, so I can get a more accurate vision of what you desire.- Final image will be sent as PNG to the provided email address.~CopyrightArtist retains all copyright of the produced artwork. Ultimately this means that the customer has permission to share the work publicly and use it on display for private use, but any reproduction of the work, especially reproductions that will be used for profit or commercial uses, is strictly prohibited.Sharing of ArtThe artist has the right to post the commission on their personal pages. In case the customer is not comfortable with the commissioned art being shared publicly to the artist's social media accounts, the customer must state it clearly beforehand. Whether the art is shared publicly or not, the artist is entitled to showcase in their professional portfolio.In case the customer wants to share the commissioned art publicly to their social media accounts, the customer must credit the artist and disclose openly that the art was a commission and not accredit it as their own.Late DeliveryALL attempts will be made to complete the artwork by the above listed date, but in the case of unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be notified of any delays within 72-24 hours of the due date or as soon as a delay is caused. A new deadline will be discussed and the customer will receive a 15% off discount out of the commisioned piece. the customer will still receive the artwork.After the final piece is done, one (1) round of revisions are offered free of charge. After that there is a flat rate of $20 for revisions. The Customer will be notified of a new completion date at the request of any revisions.Price Examples
